Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fructus Solis LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Services

Fructus Solis LLC provides real estate consulting services, educational workbooks, assessments, and related advisory services. Our services are informational and educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

Consultations & Payments

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.

Digital Products

All digital product sales (workbooks, guides, and downloadable materials) are final. Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Weekly Strategy Calls

The 6-month weekly strategy call program requires a commitment for the full duration. Clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless cancelled with 24 hours advance notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital products, is the property of Fructus Solis LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
